OBS Fuse Bridge

Add OBS Fuse Bridge

OBS Fuse Bridge is a Windows desktop integration for OBS Studio. Zoom authorization is initiated from the installed OBS Fuse Bridge interface so the application can create and validate its PKCE and state values before the browser authorization begins.

Do not start authorization by copying a generic Zoom OAuth URL. Use the Add / Reauthorize action inside OBS Fuse Bridge.

How to add your Zoom authorization

  1. Install OBS Fuse Bridge on the Windows production workstation using the package supplied by the app distributor.
  2. Open OBS Studio.
  3. Open OBS Fuse Bridge Connect.
  4. Select OBF or ZAK.
  5. Under Zoom identity, click Add / Reauthorize.
  6. Your browser opens the Zoom authorization screen. Sign in to the Zoom account you want to authorize and approve the requested permissions.
  7. Return to OBS Fuse Bridge. The authorized Zoom display name will appear in the Zoom Identity selector.

Connection modes

OBF — recommended for external-meeting production. The selected authorized Zoom user must already be present in the meeting.

ZAK — OBS Fuse Bridge joins as the selected authorized Zoom user.

JWT — same-account controller route using the protected Meeting SDK authentication path.
