OBS Fuse Bridge
Support
OBS Fuse Bridge is privately maintained and supported directly by its independent developer.
Support channel
Use the same private communication channel through which you received OBS Fuse Bridge to report an issue or request assistance. Do not post meeting credentials, Client Secrets, access tokens, or private participant information in public forums.
Support availability
- Support hours: Best-effort support, normally reviewed on weekdays in the Asia/Manila time zone.
- Target first response: within 3 business days for normal issues.
- Critical production issues: include "URGENT" in the first line of the private message and describe whether the issue prevents OBS Fuse Bridge from connecting or producing Program video.
What to include in a support request
- OBS Fuse Bridge version.
- OBS Studio version.
- Zoom Meeting SDK version shown by the application or runtime.
- Windows version.
- A short description of what you expected and what happened.
- Relevant OBS Fuse Bridge log files, after checking that they do not contain meeting passcodes, tokens, secrets, or other information you do not want to share.
- A screenshot or short screen recording if the issue is visual.
Do not send
- Zoom Client Secret or other developer credentials.
- OAuth access/refresh tokens, ZAK/OBF tokens, or private keys.
- Meeting passcodes unless specifically necessary and explicitly agreed through the private support channel.
- Raw participant video or recordings unless you have permission to share them for troubleshooting.
Common troubleshooting
- No raw video: confirm OBS Fuse Bridge joined successfully and that the host granted the required in-meeting recording/live-streaming/raw-media permission.
- Participant missing: confirm the participant's camera is on and allow the roster to refresh.
- Low resolution: Zoom controls the actual resolution available to the SDK; OBS Fuse Bridge can request preferred quality but cannot force a resolution Zoom does not provide.
- Stalled feed: allow the built-in renderer watchdog to recover; if it persists, disconnect and reconnect, then capture diagnostics.
- Plugin not visible: restart OBS and verify the OBS Fuse Bridge plugin files were installed for the correct OBS architecture.
