OBS Fuse Bridge

Terms of Use

Effective date: August 11, 2026

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of OBS Fuse Bridge, a privately distributed Windows production utility maintained by an independent developer.

1. Private-use license

OBS Fuse Bridge is provided for limited private technical-production use by users who receive the application directly from the developer or through an approved private distribution channel. The application is not offered as a general public service.

2. Permitted use

You may use OBS Fuse Bridge only for lawful meeting-production activities that you are authorized to perform. You are responsible for obtaining any meeting-host approval, recording or live-streaming permission, participant notice, consent, or other authorization required by Zoom, the meeting host, or applicable law.

3. Prohibited use

4. Zoom and OBS dependencies

OBS Fuse Bridge relies on third-party software and services, including Zoom and OBS Studio. Their availability, APIs, SDK behavior, policies, and technical requirements may change. Use of Zoom and OBS Studio remains subject to their own applicable terms and policies.

5. Meeting media

Meeting media should only be accessed when the required Zoom permissions are active. If the host or Zoom revokes the applicable permission, the user must stop the affected capture or production activity.

6. Updates and compatibility

The developer may provide updates to improve compatibility, security, performance, or compliance. Older versions may stop working when Zoom or OBS changes minimum supported versions or interfaces.

7. No warranty

OBS Fuse Bridge is provided on an "as available" basis for private use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every meeting configuration, or capable of receiving a particular participant video resolution.

8. Limitation of responsibility

The operator remains responsible for live-production decisions, meeting permissions, compliance with recording and privacy requirements, and the security of the computer on which OBS Fuse Bridge is installed. The developer is not responsible for third-party service outages, host policies, Zoom account restrictions, or unauthorized use of the application.

9. Suspension or termination

Access to private builds may be withdrawn if the application is used contrary to these Terms, Zoom requirements, applicable law, or the intended private-production purpose.

10. Changes

These Terms may be updated when the application, Zoom requirements, or the distribution model changes. Continued use of a newer build may require acceptance of updated terms.

11. Contact

Questions about these Terms may be sent through the private support channel described on the Support page.
